I'm thinking of selling my 2001 640 rotax r30. Ain't got a clue for how much though, any ideas gang? Its got husaberg wider wheels on it, beringer cast disc and 4 pot caliper, scorpion full stainless system, an acerbis cyclops headlight, acewell digital speedo( needs magnetic pick up though), led brake light, renthall fat bars and nearly new goldspeeds fitted. Have a look at my photos on my profile and any feedback would be greatly welcome. Cheers guys

That is way over the top, just remember, only wheelie on very rural roads when its empty...

Where was he caught doing the wheelie? It wasnt outside a school or something silly was it?

How old is he... Because if he did his tests 10-20 years ago, hes in for a massive shock... alots changed. I can guarantee most drivers who have been driving for over 10 years will find it difficult to pass both tests, with both theory and practical. When I was doing my car theory I quizzed my mum, girlfriends dad, friends parents. And they were all rubbish.

The Jury is not the main problem. It's all these trusted authority figures that are the real problem..

I'm tired tonight so I won't rant about legalese, law, societys, acts, stautes, charters, rights and privileges.. I will say though, there is a real good reason they have never and will never teach such things at school Rant They don't want people knowing their rights or understanding the law. They certainly don't want a knowledgeable Jury arguing against the existance of some of these rules.

Why do we have a Jury: We are Policed by consent.. How do they get that consent: The Jury.. Such an act of questioning the validity of a law is unheard of today Cry

Edit:

Example of the topic at hand: Pulling a wheelie down a crowded street could be seen as reckless. Pulling a wheelie down an open road where you could see that no one was nearby would not be. A Jury would convict both cases while following the letter of the law but a Jury that understands consent would only convict if the accused was a genuine danger to others. If Jurys failed to convict in cases where no one was at risk, then the prosecution and police would only charge those that where a danger to others.

That is how it should work.. But then when you find out that courts, police and councils are just Businesses, then you'll see why they want Jurys gone (end consent) and that they target average people with fines. Real crooks don't like to pay up, so it's cost effective to go after decent folks who will..

Hi,

Not shure of the set up here, but.

If you are not bothered about the gears:

Weld a couple of bolts on the face of the gears, drill a piece of metal for a cross beam, socket in the centre, couple of nuts, start to tighten nuts. Poss a bit of heat or gentle shock therapy.

If the tip of the spark plug is too hot it can cause pre-ignition leading to detonation/knocking  and damage may occur. If it is too cold, electrically conductive deposits may form on the insulator causing a loss of spark energy or the actual shorting-out of the spark current.

Well that was answered fast... cheers  Bigthumb

Let's put the pensioners in jail and the criminals in a nursing home.  This way the pensioners would have access to showers, hobbies and walks. They'd receive unlimited free prescriptions, dental and medical treatment, wheel chairs etc and they'd receive money instead of paying it out.
They would have constant video monitoring, so they could be helped instantly, if they fell, or needed assistance.
Bedding would be washed twice a week, and all clothing would be ironed and returned to them. A guard would check on them every 20 minutes and bring their meals and snacks to their cell.
They would have family visits in a suite built for that purpose.
They would have access to a library, weight room, spiritual counseling, pool and education.
Simple clothing, shoes, slippers, PJ's and legal aid would be free, on request.
Private, secure rooms for all, with an  exercise outdoor yard, with  gardens.
Each senior could have a PC a TV radio and daily phone calls.
There would be a board of directors to hear complaints, and the guards would have a code of conduct that would be strictly adhered to.

The "criminals" would get cold food, be left all alone and unsupervised.
Lights off at 8pm, and showers once a week.
Live in a tiny room and pay £900.00 per month and have no hope of ever getting out.
Justice for all we say.

Now that is  Clever

Interesting Bom......Peter Knight has told me there is no puller for this task. I have been given conflicting info about this elsewhere also. Ill have to follow this up a bit more me thinks!

Tim

Edit -: Think that puller is for balancer gear yes..but on balance shaft...Im want balance gear CRANKSHAFT.
Looks very similar to 604, even in detail... Bigthumb

It implies its the crankshaft in the write up .. could be wrong though  Huh?

Extract balancer gear with puller (1) (277085). Use the snap-ring previously removed to retain the puller.

Pull drive gear and balancer drive gear from crankshaft. Remove Woodruff keys from crankshaft and balance shaft.

Unscrew 4 counter-sunk screws M5 with screwdriver and remove retaining plate (2) for transmission bearings and the shims underneath for mainshaft and clutch shaft.

11 members of the public in my opinion have more power in court than any judge or prosecutor wtf !. Screwy Screwy Screwy Screwy

IMO thats exactly as it should be, our judicial system is far from perfect but given the alternatives in force around the world ill stick with the one we have.

As Lawman says your friend must have elected to go to crown court in the hope he would get off, thats the gamble !, did he have the option of taking the points ?.

You fail to say where the incident accrued but to be caught on CCTV was it in a built up area ?.

Standard: CR8E
Iridium: CR8E IX

Gap: 0.7mm - 0.8mm
Search gaybay, I got an iridium pretty cheap the other week  Bigthumb

While we are on this subject, I know you got hotter and colder plugs, but i didn't realise you could run higher and lower temp plugs in any bike, I thought the engine, carb, fuel + air mix etc, would have to suit a certain plug, in this case a CR8E.
If I was to but a hotter plug would it burn better, and would the plug stay choco brown?
Basically could it make the thing faster?
 Danke
